Tei Street
The “Amazing” Tei Street is the founder and sole proprietor of StreetTalk with the “Amazing”
Tei Street, an international motivational speaking, training, and education consulting company.
She is one of the most in-demand speakers in the country. She is also the Director of Health
Sciences Academies in the College of Education & Human Ecology at The Ohio State University,
in partnership with Columbus City Schools.
Prior to the national launch of her business, Tei amassed a wealth of experience with more
than 30 years in higher education, ATOD prevention, curriculum development & training in
sexual assault prevention, domestic violence prevention and advocacy, education, and youth
leadership development. Tei holds Bachelor & Master of Arts degrees from The Ohio State University. She received her Master of Ministry degree in May 2023.
Tei is the recipient of the YWCA’s Prestigious “Woman of Achievement” Award, WELD's 2023 Women Welding The Way Calendar Honoree, Sigma Gamma Rho-Delta Omicron Sigma Chapter's Extraordinary Woman Leader Award, Chamber of Commerce’s Outstanding Young Citizen Award, Business First Magazine’s Forty Under 40 Award, Alpha Phi Alpha- Alpha Rho Lambda Chapter’s Jewel Award, Iota Phi Theta’s Community Service Award, National Council of Negro Women, Inc, Columbus Section’s Outstanding Service Award,
